The Hiltons project area is located east of the Town of Weber City, Virginia and extends primarily along U.S. Route 58/421 from the Moccasin Gap area of Scott County, Virginia to the Nottingham, Owen Corner and Hilton areas of Scott County. The project area includes approximately 248 residential connections and 15 commercial connections.

The proposed facilities associated with the Hiltons Sewer Extension include approximately 51,800 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer, 20,700 linear feet of 4-inch force main, 2,500 linear feet of 2-inch force main, three sewage pumping stations and one grinder pump station.

Tuck Mapping Solutions, Inc. (TMSI) provided 1” =50’ scale planimetric mapping and a digital terrain model (DTM) to support 2-foot contours on an 1,100-acre area to a civil and environmental engineering firm specializing in water distribution design. TMSI’s geospatial data was utilized in the planning and design phases for this important rural sewer extension project.
